1、 Overview

The YG series roller conveyor three-phase asynchronous motor (hereinafter referred to as roller conveyor motor) produced by our company is an updated product of the JG2 series roller conveyor motor, which has the advantages of small size, reliable operation, and convenient maintenance. Frequency converter, which achieves speed regulation and automatic control through frequency conversion, and helps to save energy. The roller conveyor motor produced by our company can also be matched with a gear reduction device to achieve high speed ratio reduction, reduce motor volume, and improve output torque. The roller conveyor motors produced by our company are all made of DW470 cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, and the main technical performance indicators have reached the advanced level of similar domestic products.

The YG series roller conveyor motors are divided into two types according to their usage: YGa and YGb.

The YGa type roller conveyor motor is mainly used for separately towing working roller conveyor rollers in the metallurgical industry. Its mechanical characteristics are relatively soft, with large locked rotor torque, small locked rotor current, and high dynamic constant. Capable of frequent starting, braking, and reversing, mainly operating in S5 working mode.

YGb type roller conveyor motor is mainly used to independently drive conveyor rollers in the metallurgical industry. Its mechanical characteristics are relatively hard, with good speed regulation performance, and it mainly operates in S1 working mode.

The YG series roller conveyor motor is equipped with a frequency converter to achieve speed regulation operation, with constant torque below 50Hz and constant power above 50Hz. The YGa model can operate in the range of 40-70Hz, while the YGb model can operate in the range of 10-70Hz.

The rated voltage of the YG series roller conveyor motor is 380V/220V, with a connection method of Y/△, a rated frequency of 50Hz, an insulation level of H, and an anti impedance level of IP54. The installation forms are B3, B5, and B35, and the cooling method is IC0041. The motor can be started directly at full voltage.
