1、 Overview

The YLJ series torque three-phase asynchronous motor has unique electrical and soft mechanical characteristics. When the load torque increases, it can automatically reduce the speed and increase the output torque, which can meet the needs of constant tension and constant linear speed transmission in winding work. Changing the terminal voltage of the motor can obtain different output torques or speeds. This series of motors can be started frequently or have a certain period of locked rotor. The protection level is IP21 series forced ventilation torque three-phase asynchronous motor, which can operate for a long time in the low-speed range or work with locked rotor for a long time.

The YLJ series torque three-phase asynchronous motor is used in industries such as metal processing, papermaking, chemicals, cables, and textiles.

The YLJ series torque three-phase asynchronous motor has two protection levels, IP44 and IP21. In IP21, the motor with a center height of 100-160 in the base is a forced ventilation type, cooled by a fan installed at the non output end of the motor, and the rotor is made of materials with higher electrical resistivity.

1. The base is equipped with feet and the end cover has no flange

2. The base does not come with feet, and there are flanges on the end cover with through-holes on the flanges
