2. Motor control appliances shall be equipped with phase loss protection and overload thermal protection devices. Ya series increased safety motors must select appropriate overload thermal protection devices according to nameplate te time and starting current ratio ia/in.

3. Connect the power line according to the wiring diagram. The connection head should be fastened. The motor with outgoing cables and wires can be directly connected with the power line, and the joint should be sealed.

4. When the power line, phase sequence and electric coarse wire head mark are connected correspondingly, the motor rotates clockwise from the shaft extension end. When you need to change the direction of rotation, you can change the wiring position of the two power lines.

5. YD series variable level multi speed asynchronous motors use the method of changing the outgoing line to control the speed change. In order to make the multi speed motor run reliably, when designing and operating the control device, it should be noted that when switching from high speed to low speed, the neutral point of 2Y wiring must be disconnected while cutting off the power supply, so as to avoid short circuit of power supply when the low-speed winding is connected. In the process of switching to low speed, The power supply of low-speed winding can only be connected after the motor stops running, so as to reduce the impact on the motor and load. Pay attention to the rotation direction of the motor when switching speed.

6. The motor can adopt coupling, and the gear and belt are mechanically connected with the load. The 2-pole motor above 4kw and the 4-pole motor above 30kW should not be driven by belt, and the 2-axis extension of double shaft extension motor can only be driven by coupling. The fit tightness of coupling, belt axle hole and motor shaft shall be appropriate, and it is forbidden to knock with a heavy hammer during installation. When coupling transmission is adopted, the center line of motor shaft shall coincide with the center line of load machinery shaft,

The axial clearance of the coupling shall be 1 ~ 3mm. When the belt is used to transmit the cab, the center line of the motor shaft should be parallel to the center line of the load machine shaft, and the center line of the belt and the center line of the shaft should be perpendicular to each other.
